My cup is stuck — how do I remove it?Updated 19 days ago

It can be tricky to find at times, but rest assured, it's impossible for the menstrual cup to truly get lost inside of you! Take a deep breath and relax your pelvic muscles.

To remove your menstrual cup, sit or squat and use your thumb and your index finger to break the seal at the top of your cup by pushing the rim of the cup in. This will break the seal, preventing suction before you pull.

After you break the seal, it may also help to twist the cup slightly before sliding out. This can also help with the suction, which is the main culprit for a cup which feels "stuck".

If you are still not able to feel the base of the cup, take a break for 30 minutes and try again.
