I pre-ordered a LOLA product. When will it ship?Updated 4 months ago

We’re pleased to now offer pre-orders of select LOLA items before they are available, giving you early access to some of our most requested products. Here’s how it works:

• When you pre-order a LOLA product, you’ll be first in line to receive it when it becomes available. Please note that we require payment at checkout to reserve your item.
• All pre-orders will list a ship date on the product page.
• If your order includes other LOLA products, you’ll receive all available items in a first shipment. Your pre-order product will ship separately, once in stock.
• While we don’t anticipate shipping delays, there’s always the possibility. We’ll keep you updated if pre-orders are delayed for any reason.
