How frequently will my LOLA subscription come?Updated 9 months ago

With LOLA, your subscription can renew on a 4 week, 8 week, 3 month, or 6 month frequency. We will always send you a reminder email 2 days before your subscription is set to renew, and you can change the date of a shipment at any time, free of charge.

If you want to change the frequency of your subscription, sign into your account here. Click into the product for which you'd like to change the frequency, and click "Edit product." Here, you can edit the delivery frequency to every 4 or 8 weeks for a Go with your flow subscription, or you can choose the prepay option at every 3 or 6 months. Make sure you click "Save" at the bottom of the screen so that your changes are locked in!

If you want to pause your subscription before your next renewal, sign into your account here. Click into the product you'd like to pause, and you'll see a button in the drop down that says "Pause." From there, you can choose your desired pause length: one or two months. Please be sure to repeat this process for any product you don’t wish to receive this month!
