Our heating patch is designed to help soothe your menstrual cramp pain. It’s made with natural ingredients, and each patch provides up to 11 hours of heat relief.

Each patch contains iron, which is known to conduct heat once exposed to oxygen. Once you remove the heating patch from its packaging, you’ll start to feel a warming sensation. It can take a few minutes to heat up to the ideal therapeutic temperature.

Heat is known to reduce muscle tension and promote blood flow to help soothe menstrual cramps, but you can also use our patch anywhere you experience other muscle soreness, like back aches.
