How do I redeem my LOLA gift card?Updated 9 months ago

To redeem your LOLA gift card, first add a product to your cart and click on the cart icon (upper right hand corner) and select 'Checkout'. 

From there, you'll see the option to apply a gift card or discount code (right below your products). Copy the code sent to your email (subject line: LOLA $$$ gift card), and apply to the gift card field and you're all set! 

Please note: if purchasing a subscription you will need to provide additional payment details, even if the gift card covers the cost of your subscription. In order to create a subscription, there must be a payment method on file. 

If the available balance is greater than the total order amount, the gift card will retain the difference for future purchases. To reference your remaining balance, click on the link included in your gift card email.
