First, find the uneven place on the blue tape and tear the wrapper off (this can be recycled!). When the non-applicator tampon is unwrapped, pull down the strings at the base of the tampon. Then, place your forefinger at the base of the tampon and your thumb on the side facing you. Aiming towards your back, push the tampon inside you about as far as the length of your forefinger. Remember to never wear a tampon more than 8 hours, and always use the lightest absorbency possible.
