How do I sign up for LOLA’s Loyalty program?Updated a month ago

Joining LOLA Loyalty is easy and free.

Simply create a LOLA account to become a member. If you already have an account with us, good news: you’re already enrolled. There’s no separate sign-up required.

Once you’re logged in, you can visit the Rewards section of your account to:

• Check your points balance
• See your current Loyalty tier
• View available rewards
• Discover more ways to earn points
• Redeem your points

How do Loyalty tiers work?

Everyone starts at the Light tier and can move up as they earn points over a rolling 12-month period:

Light: Starting tier

Regular: 1,500 points earned

Super: 3,000 points earned

Super+: 5,000 points earned

The more you earn, the more rewards and perks you unlock.

What if I’m a subscriber?

Even better. LOLA subscribers automatically receive enhanced Loyalty benefits, including 50 points per $1 spent on subscription purchases, access to the full rewards ladder, first access to new products and launches, and a Surprise & Delight gift with their second subscription shipment.

Your Subscriber benefits are layered on top of your existing Loyalty tier, so there’s nothing additional you need to sign up for.

Log into your LOLA account and head to Rewards to see your points, tier, and available perks.
