How do I earn LOLA Loyalty points?Updated a month ago

LOLA Loyalty rewards you for shopping, subscribing, and engaging with LOLA. The more points you earn, the more rewards and perks you unlock.

Earn points when you shop

Your points per $1 increase as you move through LOLA Loyalty tiers:

Light: 15 points per $1

Regular: 20 points per $1

Super: 25 points per $1

Super+: 30 points per $1

Subscribers earn 50 points per $1 on subscription purchases, regardless of your current Loyalty tier.

Your Loyalty tier is based on the total points you’ve earned over the last 12 months—not the number of points currently available to redeem. That means using your points for a reward won’t lower your tier.

Unlock new tiers

As you earn more points, you’ll unlock more perks and rewards:

Light: Starting tier

Regular: 1,500 points earned

Super: 3,000 points earned

Super+: 5,000 points earned

Your tier is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis.
